Marie Eriksdatter Strifeldt
Co-researcher working with mental health and drug related issues. Early on Marie educated herself as a Muscle therapist and worked in a clinic and later on further educated in mental health and co-reaserch, and since 2019 she has dedicated her work to youths wellbeing by working with teens through Child Protective Services as a mentor and a crisis shelter. During this period, she has worked as a peer-supporter at Youth Arena and FACT for adults in Oslo Norway. In 2020 she became a Co-researcher in a project named INNOFACT and since then been a part of different workgroups, and organized conferences and networks. Marie co-wrote a chapter in the first book on peer experts in Norway that was published in 2023, and has also lived-experience as a next of kin to a comorbidity patient. Since January 2024 she became a member of the advisory board for Lovisenberg Hospitals user panel, as a next of kin representative for adults and for youths at Nic Waal Institute. And a board member for Erfaringssentrum, a user organization for people with lived experience.
