Project manager working for the City of Oslo in Norway. Pettersen has a varied background and in his career so far he have had a focus on user participation and youth. He has been one of the founding members of the Norwegian Associaton for Peer support workers in Norway (www.erfaringssentrum.no), where he lead the work with their national conference between 2018-2020 and helped build the infrastructure of the organization. In his career in City of Oslo he been involved in starting a user panel, establishing new services together with youth and worked with the mental health service Ung Arena (Youth Arena). Pettersen has worked as an peer support himself for several years and is now associated with a working group at the Norwegian Directorate of Health that works with evalution of FACT Youth in Norway.
