Welmoed van Ens is a psychologist from the Netherlands working as a junior researcher at Altrecht Mental Healthcare. She has been involved with research into assertive outreach care for people with severe mental illness since 2019, and in 2023 she started her PhD research focussing on the organization of care that addresses the interrelated needs of this population.
